Lahore: The Pak-China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCJCCI) initiated a ‘Pak-China Inter Industrial Mobility Programme’ on 7th February, 2018, according to a news source. This was done in collaboration with the E-commerce Gateway Pakistan and comes as a prime objective to bring together the potential industries of both China and Pakistan.
The initiative is aimed at arranging trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences and symposiums. A launching ceremony was also arranged at the PCJCCI Secretariat. Here, Consul General of Pakistan in Chengdu Mudassar Tipu was the Chief Guest, while various other business dignitaries also attended the ceremony.
The ceremony highlighted key areas such as employment and business opportunities in the country, the need for technology transfer facilities, and the need to attract investors – all of which Mudassar Tipu said would come through Chengdu as it has an abundance of all such amenities.
