On the other hand, the portal management has also placed the Petroleum Division in the list of top 10 public organisations that have resolved the maximum number of complaints. Recently, the division had also refurbished its mechanism for public complaint resolution — especially for the gas sector. During the ongoing pandemic, both the gas utilities under the division had organised e-kutcheries and online services in order to keep addressing the issues faced by the public.
