Lahore: The Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) has withdrawn its previous offer regarding plot allotments in their recently launched housing society called OPF Town — with the project located on Raiwind Road, according to a news source published on September 24.
Earlier on September 3, the foundation had advertised an offer featuring 5-marla, 6-marla and 8-marla residential plots that were available on a two-year installment plan. The limited plots on offer were exclusively for OPF members and overseas Pakistanis (with the prerequisite of getting registered with the foundation). In addition, interested individuals could only apply for the said plots after the payment of a non-refundable processing fee of PKR 5,000 per application.

The aforementioned advertisement had also mentioned that a 10% discount was on offer for OPF members that would be booking a unit before September 30. The total price mentioned for a 5-marla plot in the advertisement that now stands nullified was PKR 3,505,000.
As per the latest publication, the OPF will soon re-advertise their project after seeking all the necessary approvals from the Lahore Development Authority.
