Karachi: The Cantonment Board Clifton (CBC) has completed the preparations to launch an operation against illegal construction in the Clifton area – a news source reported. As per the publication, the operation will continue for 20 days.

According to details, the CBC has prepared the action plan as per the directions of the Supreme Court. The operation will be particularly focused around the P&T Colony, Delhi Colony, Low Gizri, Punjab Colony and Bakshan Village. Reportedly, the strategy is to tackle the unlawful buildings in these areas first.

All the buildings violating the building plans will be demolished as per the action plan. Additionally, the law enforcement agencies will also assist the CBC throughout the operation.
According to details, this is part of a series of operations conducted by CBC, during 2019 and then this year.
