Multan: The Multan Development Authority (MDA) continued its operation against the illegal construction activities in the city, where its Enforcement Team demolished several illegal structures in various parts of the city, a news source reported.
In the recent drive, the MDA Enforcement Team launched an operation against several illegal structures built on Northern Bypass Road, MA Jinnah Road and Ghaus-ul-Azam Road. These illegal structures were identified by the officers of MDA’s Town Planning Wing.
On Northern Bypass Road, the MDA Enforcement Team demolished the shutters and booking office of an illegal plaza. The team also demolished the boundary wall and main gate of an illegally built workshop on M.A Jinnah Road. On the same day, the Enforcement Team razed an illegal petrol pump and two rooms.
Similarly, illegally constructed boundary walls and main gate of several structures on Ghaus-ul-Azam Road were removed. The MDA plans to continue its operation against the construction of unapproved structures in the city.
