The centre is designed to facilitate map approvals, plot transfers and any other work related to the RDA. The applicants concerned will no longer need to visit various offices for their concerns and will use this facility to submit their applications.
For the said facility, a one-window hall with pre-fabricated structures has been constructed in RDA’s old building at a cost of PKR 4.5 million. This facility will provide information to people about their applications. At RDA’s new one window centre, separate counters of authority’s directorates have been set up to process applications within the stipulated time period.
The online facility of this centre has been launched in collaboration with the Punjab Information and Technology Board (PITB). RDA Chairman addressed the inaugural ceremony and said that these development steps have been taken to promote investment and generate employment opportunities in the division.
