Lahore: The Sultanate of Oman has showed interest in setting up a theme park in Lahore, according to a news published in the leading newspapers on April 14.

Reportedly, a delegation from Oman visited the Punjab Board of Investment & Trade (PBIT) for exploring business opportunities in Punjab. the delegation was led by Star Care Group Muscat Managing Director Al-Manthri Abdul Jaleel. During the visit, the delegation mentioned that the country is willing to establish a theme park in the provincial capital.

The said project will boost the overall tourism outlook of Punjab along with creating employment opportunities in the province. The delegation had a telephonic conversation with Punjab Minister for Industries and Energy SM Tanveer to discuss various business opportunities.
