According to details, the developer has invited the plot owners, be it a person or a firm, to notify their concerns along with the documented proof of plot registration within 14 days of the publication of this ad.
The parties having any objection, claim, interest, right or charge should post it to the developer’s head office in Clifton, Karachi. If no such objection is received, project/plot shall be deemed free from all such claims. Claims or objections submitted after the 14-day deadline will not be entertained.
