Muzaffarabad: The Government of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), in collaboration with the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), has launched the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) for all AJK government employees, members of the general public, and civil servants (who hail from the region and are posted in various federal/provincial departments).
According to the details revealed, the authorities concerned will construct flats and 5-marla houses in Palandri and Parat (Rawalakot) under the initial phase of the low-cost housing initiative, and the scheme will be extended to Muzaffarabad, Mirpur, Kotli, and other cities during its second phase.

According to the official notification, the AJK government intends to construct Type C and Type D flats in addition to 5-marla homes. The flat size, price, and facilities are listed in the table below:
