Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) has extended the last date for purchasing and submitting pre-qualification bids for developing 150,000 low-cost houses under the Naya Pakistan Housing Programme (NPHP) project, according to a publication.

As per instructions communicated earlier, the authority is looking for firms with experience in developing infrastructure for houses and apartments. These firms must be affiliated with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-1, or above.
Applicants will have to provide their tax record, in addition to following the procedures laid down by the authority. They can acquire bidding documents from FGEHF’s office by paying PKR 5,000 (non-refundable amount).
The deadline to purchase these documents will expire on April 23, after working hours. The proposals have to be submitted by April 25.
