The Punjab Government has issued notifications to 18 housing societies in Murree and Rawalpindi for not obtaining no-objection certificates (NOCs) from the Environment Department. The societies which received the notices were:
• Hamza Town
• Estate Housing Scheme Kotha Kalan
• Al-Mustafa Estate
• T and T Housing Society
• Hassan Homes
• Ghulam Abu Tarab Housing Society
• Seerat Homes
• Lawyers Housing Scheme
• Safari Multi Units Kot Jabbi
• Palm City
• Gulshan Kashmir Housing Scheme
• Airport Employees Housing Scheme
• National Garden
• Jammu and Kashmir Housing Scheme
• Mughal Garden Ghora Gali
• Zia Housing Scheme
• Murree Hills Cooperative Housing Scheme
As of yet, it is unclear what effect, if any, these notices will have on the aforementioned societies and to the best of our knowledge, none of them has responded to the notices publicly. Until they do, debating this issue further would be pointless.
But rest assured, as soon as we learn something new about this developing situation, you guys will be the first to know!
which Jammu and Kashmir Housing Scheme are we talking about it here. Does it include G-15???
Per CDA, Sector F-15 Jammu & Kashmir has been declared as an unauthorised scheme in Zone 2.
yes that is true but i think G-15 is clean from this?
second i don’t understand if F-15 does not have NOC then how come they have given possession in F-15/1 and mostly houses are built there. Same goes for Bahria Enclave 1 as is does not have NOC yet its block A has been given possession to construct?
