Islamabad: Country Sales Head (CSH) for Blue World City Sarfraz Ahmad Gondal recently revealed that no marketing campaigns for the Blue World City project would be conducted until the venture was issued its final no-objection certificate (NOC) — a news source reported.

According to the details available, Gondal said that all the legal requirements for the acquisition of the NOC had been completed, and that the application was under process before the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). He added that the ongoing construction work at the project site was proceeding as per the directions of the court.
CSH Gondal further said that while no advertising campaigns had been launched for now, as soon as all approvals had been received, the administration would be launching a country-wide marketing campaign for the project.

In addition, he stated that the project’s affordability and the high quality of services planned for the venture had made it vulnerable to several negative rumours due to its popularity. However, he added that the administration would soon announce the good news regarding the NOC acquisition.
