A number of people, especially those with stakes in Fazaia Housing Scheme Phase I, Bahria Town, Khayaban-e-Amin, Lake City and NFC Phase II and other societies along the proposed route of Lahore Ring Road (LRR)’s southern loop, are in a state of confusion since they are unsure about the route and are worried about their properties.
With that in mind, I got in touch with the Lahore Ring Road Authority (LRRA) to find out their plans about the development in question. Amid other rumours, a major rumour currently flying about in the market is that the authority will change the proposed route, which is some 30.4 kilometres long. However, what I heard directly from the horse’s mouth, if you will, indicates that the rumour holds no water.
According to the LRRA officials I spoke to, the authority does not plan to change the route at all. This clearly means that the southern loop of LRR will still pass through Fazaia Housing Scheme Phase I and Bahria Town.
According to a news source, Punjab Chief Minister Mr Shahbaz Sharif has also approved the southern loop and has dropped all the proposals for building it along Hudiara Drain, which is further proof of the fact that the previous plan will most likely remain unchanged.
One of our team members visited LRRA’s office to get the official map of LRR’s southern loop, and I am sharing with you all the map that was provided to him by LRRA officials.
Please see the image below and read the description underneath:
Description: The route marked ‘Red’ is of major concern for the investors. According to an official of the LRRA, the authority does not plan to change this route. However, it may change the route marked ‘Brown’.
Right click and select ‘Save Target As’ to download the image
If you zoom in on the image, you will see that the southern loop is passing through Bahria Town as well as Fazaia Housing Scheme Phase I.
That said, I would request you to stop believing in rumours and take informed investment decisions. If you have further queries in mind, please feel free to have a conversation with me in the comments section below.

Salam,
Can we get more accurate location of the Ring-Road, like I have a plot in Khayaba-e-Amin and need to know whether ring road will pass North of Canal or South of Canal.
With either case, it will impact differently for me as my plot is on southern side of Canal, and quite touching the right road if it happens to be on South side.
Most of dealers are confused due to this issue, and market is getting slower till the time it is clear.
Regards,
Wa alaiakumusslam,
I am not really sure whether it will pass through the southern or northern side. However, you should keep in mind another important factor and that is: the right of way, which may also occupy some area of the society.
I suggest you contact the management of the society and ask them about the status of your plot. I think the management will provide you better information.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Aoa Zain sb,
Yes this is absolutely true. There is no change to Old map and this is also approved by CM : source Dawn news
Moreover Finance ministry allocated 6 billion rupees for the purpose of land purchase for LRR southern loop. City 42 published this news in today’s bulletin. Remaining funds will also be given after initial purchases.
Once again thanks for keeping us informed on this vital improvement on LRR.
Thanks,
Shahzad
Wa alaikumussalam Shahzad Shb,
It’s my pleasure to share latest information with you all. And thank you for adding to the information I have provided. Stay tuned brother!

Good work,
Plz also share the detail of the areas which are really affected, since it Is no longer a secret anymore therefore plz share that info also.
Dear Rajab,
Have you downloaded the map? If not, I suggest you do so because the areas that will most likely be affected can be seen in the map. Even then if you find anything ambiguous, please feel free to contact me.

zain Nadeem
Dear Mr. Zain Nadeem.
Your comments are very valuable for us and specially the peoples who are living outside the country.
As you mentioned in one of your post owners should visit the Behria town to see any land mark by LRR authority near their property. currently I am out of country, so cannot visit and your support is required. I have a plot in Behria overseas extension B , block EE . can you share your expert opinion/observation that this block will affect by LRR or not.
if any one has news regarding above mentioned subject he can share plz,
Regards,
Zahid Rashid,
KSA.
Assalam o alaikum,
Zahid Bhai,
Many people have asked me to confirm the status of their plots. I cannot tell the status precisely, I can only provide a rough idea. A lady recently asked me about the status of her plot in Rafi Block. I tried to contact Bahria Town administration to get details, but they did not entertain my call and after a few transfers, may call was disconnected automatically.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
It’s not alongside Hudiara Drain. There is quite a distance between the red line and Hudiara Drain 😮 :/
Dear Zain,
Thanks for your info. As per Dawn old oute will go through Sui Gas Phase 2. Will it mean that Tulip Extension will be saved from ring road?
Can you please comment? Please try to confirm from your good sources.
Regads,
Assalam o alaikum,
Ali Bhai,
According to my source of information, a few plots in Tulip Extension will also be disturbed by the LRR. I suggest you contact Bahria Town to confirm the status of your plot. I also tried contact them, but to no avail.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
How will LRR passing through BT play out in long run. i.e. 3-5 year specially for sector F.
Assalam o alaikum,
Sector F is unlikely to be affected by Bahria Town. I personally believe that the development of the LRR will have a positive impact on the blocks which will not be affected. But it also depends on interchanges. If the authorities concerned will build an interchange near Bahria Town, the residents of the society will get an easy access to other areas of Lahore and the price will most likely increase notably.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Zain,
Thanks for sharing valuable information but what is authority’s plan for brown part of the ring road. Are they planning next phase in near future and what are the difficulities with that. If you can share some information on that would be valuable.
M.Zahid
Assalam o alaikum,
Zahid Bhai,
I have heard that there are some issues related to the brown part of the route, but I do not know the details for now. I am thinking of contacting Nespak for getting further details.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Can someone please put some light on Nargis block. What will be the impact of Nargis Block after Ring Road in completed as per Old Approved LRR Map. How good or bad is to have a house in Nargis Block. What property Guru has to say about. Do you see the prices going down or upward in Nargis Block after LRR old Map approval. Will Nargis Block a liviable place in terms of peace/ Security and Value.
Assalam o alaikum,
Dear Hina,
I have Bahria Town’s master plan available with me and I have roughly marked the map myself to see the impact of LRR on Bahria Town. According to my personal observation, Nargis Block will be affected by the LRR.
I am stating it again that this is my personal observation which may be wrong. I suggest you contact the Bahria Town administration to get some details about the impact of LRR.
I also contacted them to get some details, but to no avail. After a few transfers of my call, it was disconnected.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Ring Road will pass along the horizontal line defined by Jinnah avenue(mentioned on bahria town map) in Sector E Rafi block, thats what Project map I got from nespak is telling. It will cross multan road at jhuggian, so ov. b extension is also going to be affected.
Dear Usman,
Thanks for update , can you please share map/link .
Second which area will effect of oversea B extension EE , i.e. Plot #.
Mr. Usman sir can you please share the NES Pak map please?
Dear Hussain Kaisrani Sb.
Can you please advice the effect of LRR on lake city?
what It could be positive or negative effect on lake city.
Regards
Muhammad Akram
Assalam o alaikum,
Dear Mr Akram,
To the best of my knowledge, Lake City will not be affected adversely by the LRR. In fact, the LRR will impact the society in a positive way, as the authorities concerned have planned to build and interchange at Adda Plot on Raiwind Road.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Dear Zain Sb,
Thank you very much for the update, it is really appreciable that you are providing support and information. And it is more help full the peoples those are living out of Pakistan and planning to have home in Pakistan.
Grate Job.
Regards
Muhammad Akram
Thank you Mr Akram.
It will affect Golf View Residencia OR not?????????
Assalam o alaikum,
Yes, it will disturb Golf View Residencia, according to my knowledge. I suggest you contact Bahria Town administration for further details. And why don’t you visit the site yourself to see if the authorities concerned have marked the area question.
I have a plot in Tipu Block sector F.Will this Ring road construction going to affect the F block of Bahria Town.Greatly appreciate for information.
Kind Regards.
Ijaz
I don’t think that Tipu Sultan will be affected by the LRR. Please contact Bahria Town administration or visit the site to get a better idea.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
How come Zameen, Pakistan’s No.1 property portal has not yet gathered enough data to remove confusion prevailing in the market due to ring road. Prove your leadership and please contact authorities, solicit relevant data, compile and publish it to make life easier for thousands of your site visitors.
Dear Ahmad sb,
Agreed with your comments, But I feel BT management is more responsible for this. They put their investors in a pan . people invested in BT and their stake is on risk, So BT management try to dilute the situation….
Second i am out of country, therefore not able to visit BT office to listen their view .
and what plan they have to accommodate the peoples. I tried on there UAN # but no one is attending.
it is my suggestion please visit BT LHR office and ask them.
Assalam o alaikum,
Zahid Bhai,
I have also tried to contact Bahria Town, but to no avail
Assalam o alaikum,
We are here to provide our readers with the details they want. We have written this article after contacting the Lahore Ring Road Authority. Now, we are trying to reach Nespak to get further details. Sometimes, the authorities we contact have the issues of confidentiality, which is why they do not share everything with us until they make the information public.
We understand that people are in state of confusion because of the LRR, but we are trying our best to update our readers with then latest developments.
Regards and stay tuned!
zain Nadeem
@Dr Ijaz sb. Tipu plot is safe from ring road. The prices are on hike in this area already so don’t sell your plot if you get some cheap offers. This is bcoz even nishter block will face the effect of LRR due to being close to it (noise and pollution) and prices there already over 1 crore there. Tipu block have cheapest kanal plots which will definitely get a major increase in future after development of LRR and Possession.
Rest ALLAH knows better.
Thank you for your feedback Shahzad Shb. Are you dealing in Bahria Town? If so, I would like to be in touch with you. Could you please send your contact number to me? My email id: zain ‘dot’ nadeem ‘at’ zameen.com ‘dot’ com
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Dear Zain bhai,
No sir, I am just a small investor and did some investments especially in sector F. That’s why i\ve to keenly observer the behavior of market. I live in bahria town and have some good contacts with some of their main dealers as well. I’ll share my cell# at your given email address.
Thanks
Salam Shahzad sahab,
I have plot in BT sector E, Iqbal block plot # 74, which comes under the nursery area and not yet under bahria town possession, rummers are swinging that this area will be effected by ring road too, please share your knowledge whether it is coming under ring road or not and what is the situation says about my plot and what should I do?
Aoa,
Malik Sahib,
Your plots will probably come in the route according to the rough sketch of the route I have drawn on Bahria Town’s map available with me.
It will be taken in the Right of Way or it will come close the LRR. If latter will be the case, you will be lucky to have your plot saved.
Please note that this is just a rough idea based on my personal observation, which may prove also be proven wrong.
Rest ALLAH know better.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Golf view Residencia project will be affected by Lahore Ring Road OR not???????????????
Yes, Golf View Residencia will be affected by the LRR, according to my knowledge
Dear Zain,

Dear Zameen Team,
As all of you are aware that CM has signed the
old map of Lahore Ring Road.
Do you know that this will affect which blocks
of Bahria Town?
Some people are saying that this will affect
Iqbal, Rafi & Tulip block only.
Some people are saying that this will affect
Golf view Residencial project of Bahria Town.
Have all of you an idea that when the final
markings from Bahria Town Management will come
in order to clarify the wrost situation.
Regards
Dear Usman Bhai,
It is probable that all the mentioned blocks will be affected by the LRR. However, the final markings will better clarify the picture. Let’s just hope for the best.
Could you please tell your plot number?
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Dear Brother Zain,
Can you pls liaise with LRR Authority, NESPAK and relevant departments and obtain the actual map for LRR route? It will be great relief for your readers both in country and abroad. For you it may be accessible but not for overseas Pakistani.
Regards,
Dear Mr Ali,
The map displayed in this post has been given by the LRRA. I am already to trying to reach a Nespak official concerned to get further information.
Bhai no-one knws abt the exact blocks .
I will post what i want to hear… i will save my block and bend LRR from someone else block… some are saving GVR north other are saving south. Bahria as usual is keeping its mouth shut.
Wait with patience, in coming months ALL will be clear In Sh Allah tala!!
Trust noone but Allah.
Thank you for your feedback Khan.
Dear Zain
Thanx for detail info.
Pl let us know the fazaia will compensate the effecties and when. And will they compensate at current market rate?
Mam, you can sell your plot if it is being affected in ring road..Share location of your plot..?
Dear Shaheena,
I shall try to contact Fazaia Housing Scheme to get an answer to your query. I have already noted it down, and I shall try to update you by tomorrow, InshaALLAH.
I have had a conversation with a Fazaia official. According to the official, the government has not yet unveiled its plan about LRR’s development in Fazaia Housing Scheme Phase I. However, if the government will take over land in Fazaia, the plot owners will be compensated at DC rate.
Rest ALLAH knows better.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Today I went bahria alfalah office and met with Amjad Bhatti of town planning. He showed me ring road map which is passing through bahria town sector E. That map is same as marked by govt. Authorities.
I was very surprised to see that bahria management know everything but still allowing people to built plazas and houses. I asked him why you are not stopping construction. He just replied……Malik sb ka order hai .
Its just ridiculous. They are just testing peoples temperament
Dear Haider sb,
Thanks for your info and appreciate your efforts. Agreed with you BT is unprincipled with their community/property owners. i am overseas Pakistani, and had tried my best to contact with Bahria Town Administration in order to get any authentic info ( by mail, PH etc.) but not receiving any response from BT administration.
Their attitude is disappointing.
Mr. Haider can you please tell if Ring Road is going through the middle of Golf View Residencia according to the map the you have seen yourself?
Haider Bhai,
Thank you for talking to me over phone call.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Dear Haider sb,
have you got the map details from BT management.
Dear brother Zain,
Thank you so much for your effort to gain relevant info. It would be much more useful if u could ask LRR authority what part of Bahria exactly will be affected and will LRR Authority raze all houses in Tulip Extension. More specific would relieve people concern. You may try next time but so far very useful inf. Thnx
Assalam o alaikum,
Dear Ali Bhai,
Yes, Tulip Extension will be affected by the LRR. According to an estimate more than 150 houses will be affected. And you should also know that Bahria Town has the proposed map of the LRR. However, the developer is remaining silent, hoping that Mr Malik Riaz will intervene to change the route.
Rest ALLAH knows better.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Any update?
Sector E which effected area in Rafi block?
Aoa,
Yes, according to my personal research Rafi Block is likely to be affected by the LRR. The situation will get clearer if Bahria Town comes up with its version.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Is there any plan to extend college road and connect with ring road?
I don’t have any idea about it.
Dear Zain
I have a plot in Nishtar Block near theme park. Please let me know if you in your opinion it will be affected by LRR
Thanks
Arif
Assalam o alaikum,
Arif Bhai,
I don’t think Nishtar Block will be affected by the LRR. Let’s hope for the best.
Rest ALLAH knows better.

zain Nadeem

Assalam o alaikum Salman Bhai,
Unfortunately, Rafi Block will be affected by the LRR. Bahria Town management knows the proposed route of LRR, but is not coming clear on the issue, hoping that Mr Malik Riaz will do something about it.
Rest ALLAH knows better.

zain Nadeem
Dear all
Only brothrt Zain will be able to answer ur quefies after getting specific fo from LRR
Dear Ali,
I have given answer to you query above, please read it. You can contact me for further details.
Regards,
zain Nadeem
Dear Zain,
Thank you for your valuable comments, could you please confirm which particular plots are affected in rafi block due to LRR. Secondly you mentioned in your previous reply Bahria Management have alternative plan with context of LRR.Could you please share details if any.
Yesterday I visit LRR office and got information that they need 90meter space along the bahria grand mosque .
Regards,
M.Najam
from the map it shows that there will be interchange at ada plot on raiwand road , any idea how many KMs this interchange will cover on the raiwand road ?
As per my information Ring road will affect Northern part of Golf View Residencia, then it will have interchange alongside nargis block, very serious impact on Tulip Extension, initial numbers of Jinnah block, it will bisect Rafi and Iqbal block and then above 100 ft road of Overseas B extension all will be under Lahore ring road.
For details please go to LRE facebook page, you will see the marking done on google map
when the work on southern loop is going to start ?
Any Idea ?
Mr. Zain, my question is how LRR is going to effect Sui Gas Phase II society?
Thanks zain, can you please provide the enlarge map of proposed ring road,
is it passing from khayabane amin C block or from Sector F in bahria town?
Hello
I have a plot in rafi block.sector e. Its.11 rafi. I want to start construction on it. As i m waiting from last 1 year. Can you guide me. Is this plot is marked or not for LRR. and should i go for it?
BT guys are very lazy. They are not doing anything. I will request all people to head together and meet with COAS in order to put pressure on BT to resolve the LRR issues and give possession of plots to Golf View Residencia, Green Valley and F Sector members!!.
We cannot wait more for our hard earned money. This is very difficult to save money now days and how BT are playing with our money.
I ‘m finally requesting you all to please think on this seriously!!
Assalam o alaikum sir, my question is diffirent . I want to know how good or bad impect on price of land in these societies like fazaia or some others around ring road willbe? In ur opinion is it good to buy plots in these societies will give profit in in near future and also good for living . Thanks
