The Sathan Gali road connects Siran Valley with the Konsh Valley, and about a hundred villages in the Mansehra District. The residents of the villages had requested the government to clear the road for traffic. The blocked road was causing a shortage of food materials in the Konsh Valley and Siran Valley.
