The new middle class takes refuge in these communities because of the safety features imbedded by the developers in such settings. Bahria Town, especially, outshines in providing safety and lavish living options to the residents and prices of properties here have demonstrated notable upticks.
According to an estimate, the average sale price of a 200 square metre house in Bahria Town up surged from four million rupees in 2007 to nine million rupees in 2012.
