Residential options and price
New City Arcade features 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments and has two floorplans available for each category. These serviced apartments are spacious and available at a reasonable price.

Booking is currently open and has been so for the past 4 months. You need to make a 25% down payment at the time of booking, while the remaining amount can be paid in instalments spread over 36 months. You will be able to get possession of your apartment after paying instalments over a 24 month period.
Investors are showing reasonable interest in the project. However, information regarding how many apartments have been sold so far is not available to us. If you think the project meets your requirements, you need to make the move soon.
