Islamabad: Park View City Islamabad recently launched new residential plots in Block K, according to a publication. The 3.5-marla residential plots are available on a 2.5-year-long payment plan.
A limited-time launch price has been offered that is PKR 500,000 cheaper than the actual price of PKR 3,500,000. The following is the payment plan available on the official website of Park View City:

In addition to the above mentioned charges, it is compulsory for the new buyers to become society members by paying a membership fee worth PKR 7,500. There is also a 5% discount on offer for lump sum payments, while 10% of the total price will be charged extra for prime-location plots. These include corner and park-facing plots, as well as plots located on the Main Boulevard.
Since it is a limited time offer, the properties will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Furthermore, the society management will receive payments in form of cross cheques, pay orders, and/or demand drafts in favour of Park View Enclave (PVT) Limited.
