After the auction of eight commercial plots for an accumulated PKR 12.76 billion, another four plots were auctioned for PKR 4.25 billion on the last day. CDA Chairman Amer Ali Ahmed expressed gratitude to the investors for their interest and confidence in the government and the authority. He assured the winning bidders that a one-window facility will be offered to facilitate their projects in minimal time. He highlighted that the auction generated more capital than that expected by the authority – more than the sum generated in the whole fiscal year.
