Lahore: The Pakistan Housing Authority Foundation (PHAF) on Wednesday contracted the services of NESPAK for consultation on the development of a housing scheme in Surizai, Peshawar, a news source reported. According to the details revealed, NESPAK will provide its engineering consultancy services for the initiative.

Sources stated that the housing scheme in Surizai – spanning across 8,500 kanals – would cost an estimated PKR 100 billion. They added that NESPAK would provide detailed surveys and investigations, prepare PC-I and PC-II, and conduct feasibility study. The consultancy firm would also work on the master planning, infrastructure designing, tender documents, detailed designing of houses, apartments, commercial, and public amenities, preparation of construction drawings, construction supervision, and assistance for bid evaluation.

On the other hand, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board has also contracted the services of NESPAK for providing consultancy services on Pakistan Digital City Haripur, KP. The project spans across around 86 kanals and would have a tentative cost of PKR 406 million.
