Faisalabad: The federal government has launched the ‘Naya Pakistan Sehat Card Scheme’ for the Faisalabad division with a healthcare coverage of one million per family, an advertisement in a leading newspaper reported on February 09.

The health coverage will be available for the entire division population from today (February 09) and the initiative is expected to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Imran Khan during his visit to the industrial metropolis. Reportedly, the healthcare facility will be available for 100% of the population of the district; Faisalabad, Toba Tak Singh (TTK) and Chiniot.
How to benefit from Naya Pakistan Health Cards?
- Citizens can send their National Identity Card (NIC) number to 8500 or download the Naya Pakistan Mobile App to confirm their eligibility and the number of family members covered in the programmes.
- Users may also acquire information about the selected hospitals by visiting https://phimc.punjab.gov.pk.

The project is managed by the Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC).
