Islamabad: Pakistan Navy has launched its plantation campaign in the Margalla Hills, a news source reported. The campaign was inaugurated by the Naval Chief Admiral Zafar Abbasi. He planted a tree in the hills.
Speaking on the occasion, Abbasi stated that in the first 100,000 plants will be planted in the Margalla Hills and each plant will be taken care of. He stated that Karach is suffering from climate change and use of trees for fuel should be discouraged in Northern Areas as well.
