Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has urged the 2,000 allottees of LDA Naya Pakistan Housing Apartments to register for the subsidy provided by the Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority (NAPHDA) by tomorrow (June 25, 2021), according to a post published on authority’s official Facebook handle.
Read:Subsidy announced for LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments’ successful applicants The LDA has asked the successful allottees to get the benefit of PKR 0.3 million subsidy provided by the NAPHDA by filling out their credentials in the form available on the LDA official website https://lda.gop.pk According to the advertisement, NAPHDA would offer a PKR 0.3 million subsidy to 2,000 government employees who have secured an apartment in the LDA Naya Pakistan Apartments project through recent ballot. The allotted apartment span over 650 sq yds and will cost 2.7 million. As per the authority’s previous announcement, those applicants who get the additional NAPHDA subsidy will be liable to pay 10% down payment, while the remaining applicants will have to pay 21% down payment with the monthly instalments payable after possession.

According to the LDA, all necessary information, including bank details, is also available on the website for added convenience.
