Islamabad: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has updated the fees and processing options for Smart National Identity Cards (SNIC) as of September 2024, as revealed in a news article last Friday.

As per details, the Smart ID Card is a crucial document for Pakistani nationals, providing biometric-based identity and serving as proof of identity and address across various sectors including banking, telecom, and government services.
Updated Fees and Processing Times
- Normal Service: PKR 750 with a processing time starting after approval. The card is valid for 10 years.
- Urgent Service: PKR 1,500 with expedited processing. The card is valid for 10 years.
- Executive Service: PKR 2,500 for priority processing. The card is valid for 10 years.
Delivery charges are not included in these fees.
