Within 15 days after submission, the one-window facility will provide a letter of administration or succession certificate. Murtaza Wahab, the Chief Minister’s Adviser, and other authorities attended the inauguration event.
The Sindh Chief Minister stated that the Supreme Court (SC) estimated that succession accounts for 30% of judicial burden. As a result, critical things were pushed back. The Sindh government enacted the succession legislation at the end of April, and it was put into effect within a few weeks. According to the CM, this duty has been delegated to NADRA because it is the custodian of citizens’ data.
