NADRA Chairman Tariq Malik stated that the citizens lacked information about the location of the NADRA centre that best suits their vicinity. With this app, people can make an informed decision about visiting the service centre keeping in view the distance, average processing time, location, and the number of applicants-in-waiting. He went on to say that such initiatives will transform the registration centres into service centres where people will be facilitated to the max. The app will show the location of NADRA centres in a list form and on a map. It was mentioned that the location of the nearby registration office and Mobile Registration Van will be displayed.

The users can search for NADRA offices through name, location, or city. It is designed in both English and Urdu language. Moreover, the Rahbar mobile app can be downloaded from Google Play Store and Apple Store.
