The committee recently held a meeting to this effect, which was chaired by Engineer Muhammad Najeeb Haroon. It directed the Ministry for Housing & Works to provide all the details regarding the above-mentioned projects. According to media reports, this step is being hailed as a test case for the incumbent government’s announcement of building five million houses in the next five years.
