Reportedly, the authorities have invited Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from firms with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificates in the relevant field. Moreover, the RFPs will be processed through the ‘Single Stage Two Envelops’ method to expedite work and reduce costs and delays. In this regard, a pre-proposal meeting will be held in NHA Islamabad Head Quarters (HQ) to screen the firms and highlight the requirements.
