Fateh Jang: Motorway City Housing Scheme has increased the per marla development charges for its Phases I, II, III, IV, and V to PKR 30,000, according to a print ad. This new rate is valid till September 30, 2018.
The ad also states that the society will be collecting utility charges for water, gas, and electricity once development charges have been paid by its members. The new rates are applicable on property owners of Motorway City who are yet to start making payments in terms of development charges as well as those who didn’t clear up the pending dues in a time period of two years.
