Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Member Environment Mustafain Kazmi believes that more funds need to be allocated for improving the conditions of parks in the capital, according to a news story. Islamabad has a total of 175 parks and playgrounds, and requires a staff of 1,200 to maintain these facilities.
The residents of the various sectors believe that more should be done in order to improve the conditions of each of these parks. Facilities of toilets and clean drinking water are all missing from these parks. Swings and other essentials of these parks are also in bad condition and need to be fixed immediately.
