Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has launched a mobile application to resolve the complaints pertaining to its housing projects in sectors G-13 and G-14 in the capital city, a news source reported.

The application will address complaints related to streetlights, sewerage, garbage collection, and illegal land grabbing. Officials stated that FGEHA Director General (DG) Waseem Hayat Bajwa would himself monitor the complaints on the ‘FGEHA Resident Complaint Portal’.
The officials stated that the app would allow users register their complaints in a hassle-free manner. They added that by downloading and using the app, these people would not have to stand and wait in long queues to file their complaints about water, sanitation, sewerage, and other civic issues.

On the other hand, FGEHA recently reported on receipt of more than 8,000 applications for its recently-inaugurated apartment schemes in the capital city.
