Chitral: Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Mr Iftikhar ud Din has requested the prime minister and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister to take measures to help people in flood-hit areas.
The MNA suggested the government build steel overpasses in Kosht, Muzgol, Loanin Mulkhow, Muzgol and Arkari Valleys, so that food items could be supplied to these areas. He told reporters that the situation would worsen if steel overpasses were not built in the region. He requested the provincial government further to take steps to restore Reshun Hydro Power Station.
