Islamabad: Federal Minister for Housing and Works has asked for a budget of PKR 15.35 billion for future development projects reported a news source. For he Ministry’s 49 projects, costing PKR 8 billion, and various pending projects and new development works, billions of rupees have been allocated .
Various projects have been allocated differing amounts including PKR 200 million for a DI Khan apartment building, PKR 4,400,000 for Federal Lodges Shami Road, Peshawar, and differing amounts for many other projects. These include Qasr e Naz Karachi VIP Block, NAB Punjab Complex, FPSC Punjab Office, and various others.
The delayed projects include District roads, Chitral Building, PM Secretariat Mosque, and the Lucky Marwat apartment building, amongst various other projects. On the other hand, the budget for new projects including PM Staff Colony’s maintenance, PM Office construction and expansion, and various other development projects has been scheduled.
