Karachi: The Sindh minister for local bodies has laid the foundation stone of the Nusrat Bhutto underpass. The project will be completed by the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) at a cost of Rs 510 million.
Reportedly, the 338-metre underpass from Mehran Hotel to Lucky Star would be completed within 4 months. The project has seen two failed starts in the past, which could not pan out because of a lack of planning and paucity of funds.
