Islamabad: The Metro Bus project connecting Peshawar Morr to the New Islamabad International Airport is set to be inaugurated on November 15, according to the Federal Minister for Communication Hafiz Abdul Karim. Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi will inaugurate it, said Karim during his visit to the project site.
Karim urged the National Highway Authority (NHA) to utilise all possible resources to ensure quality and timely completion of the Metro Bus track. During the visit, he was briefed by the NHA Chairman Shahid Ashraf Tarar on project details of the dedicated 25.6 kilometre track, with an estimated project cost of PKR 19.70 billion.
