Lahore: Bahria Town has allowed property owners whose files have been blocked in Bahria Town Karachi due to late payments, to merge their files with DHA Valley plot files and get their properties unblocked, according to sources. The developer is yet to issue a formal notification in this regard.
Our sources state that Bahria Town hasn’t yet revealed any details on the number of DHA Valley plot files required to adjust pending payments for property owners in Karachi. It is suspected that the count could be between 5,000 and 10,000 files. Due to this offer, a strong demand for DHA Valley files has been noticed, primarily among property agents.
