Lahore: Work on the project for converting Mehmood Booti waste dumping site to a public park has been initiated, according to a news source. For the project, the Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) has introduced horticulture designs based on a Turkish landscaping model for the first time in the country.
At the site, implementation of the Turkish landscaping model is in process under which the PHA is making attractive designs of flowers, plants, and mud. The project is being designed by the famous architect Rizwan Baig, while the Project Director for this park is Javaid Hamid.
