Karachi: The Malir Development Authority (MDA) on Thursday (June 23) urged allottees of Taiser Town Scheme-45 to clear their outstanding dues in order to get possession of their plots, according to a notification published in prominent publications across the country. According to the notification, the authorities have directed allottees to contact the appropriate department in MDA to clear the arrears.

According to the notification, the MDA has reclaimed a large area of land by undertaking an effective anti-encroachment drive against encroachers in Sectors 84, 11, 85, 38, 77, 52, and 48. It was stated that the encroachers were pushed off the land in order to complete the scheme’s development work. In addition, the administration stated that it will continue to recover land from encroachers in other sectors as well.
As a response, the authority has requested the allottees to pay their dues, obtain a possession order and actual possession of their land, and begin construction on their houses.
