Speaking at the launch ceremony, MDA Director General (DG) Kaiser Salim stated that the project aims to provide efficient services to applicants for commercialization processing and reduce the time required for the process. He further highlighted that the one-window cell is connected to the IT infrastructure that allows applicants to get their work done in the minimum possible time.
Additionally, it was also mentioned that the IT infrastructure would ensure that the updated land record is always available to the public and is secure, efficient and protected by the cloud technology. Moreover, the connection of the land record system with NADRA will aid in the applicant’s identification and online verification.

Kaiser Saleem stated that a challan will be given immediately following a review of the client’s presenting documentation, making it possible to deposit it at the private bank’s counter located within the MDA building. Once the challan is placed, a commercialisation request will be received at the e-Khidmat centre in Multan and the officer is obligated to complete the procedure within a month.
