Lahore: The Metropolitan Corporation Lahore (MC) has begun preparing proposals for the Building Bylaws 2020 — with the initiative aimed at contributing to the development of the city’s construction sector, particularly the development of high-rise buildings, a news source reported. The bylaws will be amended for various types of constructions, including low-rise, residential, industrial and commercial buildings — with additional provisions to secure the city’s green areas.
