Islamabad: The Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad (MCI) has received PKR 22.75 million from the United States (US) embassy to lay a separate water supply line to their compound located in the Diplomatic Enclave in the city, according to news sources.
The development work on this project will be initiated on a single tender basis. The water supply directorate has also decided not to charge monthly water bills from the embassy for the next three years.
