The mayor expressed these remarks while launching the aforementioned projects in Korangi 1/2. On the occasion, he said that it was necessary to fix the sewerage issues in the area before the construction of new roads — stating that the collapsed sewerage lines system was the biggest issue currently facing Korangi. He added that both projects were expected to be completed within four months, at a cost of PKR 50 million.
