Gujranwala: The administration of Master City Gujranwala has announced a delay in the balloting of its ‘overseas block’ – which was scheduled to be held on April 30, according to the society’s official Facebook page. The revised date for the balloting is September 30.

The project’s administration has associated the delay with the ongoing coronavirus situation and its economic impact – deeply affecting the local real estate market.

Previously, amid the prevailing situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, Master City also provided disinfection services for pedestrians and vehicles entering the society – in line with the government-sanctioned standard operating procedures (SOPs). The society administration has also requested residents to refrain from visiting the office and contact them via phone calls, if feasible. It has also restricted the entering of people without masks or people with coronavirus symptoms. For transference of property, one party will be allowed in the society office at a time.
