Gujranwala: Four years after the launch of their first project in Gujranwala, Master Group of Companies have announced a Master City scheme for Sheikhupura, according to a publication. The project will be officially launched in the next few weeks.
Through this publication, the developers have also provided confirmation about only launching one project so far; Master City Gujranwala.
Elaborating further on the group’s plans, the developers announced to launch Master City Karachi, Master City Lahore, Master City Islamabad, and Master City Peshawar soon. Similarly, the company also plans to target Sialkot, Gujrat and Hyderabad as potential sites for future constructions. In this regard, however, the developers have not shared any final work-inauguration dates.
The publication further reveals that the Master City projects planned for the above-mentioned cities will be built on prime location. These projects will essentially feature villas, high-rise buildings and residential apartments. The developers have also made a commitment to offer better development standards than those exhibited in Master City Gujranwala.
The publication also provided notification regarding the price of plots to be offered in Master City Sheikhupura. The following rates tariff has been exclusively communicated for the said project’s investors:
5-marla (25 x 45) residential plot at PKR 1,800,000
10-marla (35 x 65) residential plot at PKR 3,500,000
