I am on board an aeroplane as I write this post to update you about an upcoming residential development in Gujranwala. Due to the limitation of resources here, I will not be able to provide you with as many details about the project as I’d like, but I will shed some light on the major ins and outs of the locality.
Master City, a project of Master City (Pvt) Ltd, is set to become part of Gujranwala’s property market soon. According to an advert in local newspapers, the society will be located opposite People’s Colony on Sialkot Bypass Road.
Bookings for properties in the locality will open on May 30, 2015 and the booking process will start at 9:00 AM on the day.
The society will offer 3.5-, 5-, 7-, and 10-marla and 1- and 2-kanal plots. The following table will provide you a picture of the booking prices and total values of plots.

Round-the-clock electricity supply will be ensured to the residents of the society and proper security arrangements will be made in Master City. Upon completion, the locality will feature beautiful infrastructure, an open gym, mosquito-free parks, play lands, hospitals, food courts, shock-proof jogging tracks, beautiful mosques, underground electrification and many other facilities.
I also learned that you will have to pay the total price of plots in 12 easy instalments. That is all I can tell about the project right now, but rest assured I will update you about it as soon as any further information becomes available to me.

It’s been too long we have been hearing about master city it’s been source of gossip at almost every agency office with different stories and mega stories but finally it’s almost out. Official launch party is on 30th may 2015. With most dimensions it has 3.5 Marla 7 Marla 10 Marla 1 kanal 2 kanal that’s more than any other society in Gujranwala. Rates that master has offered are also the highest compared to other societies around and in Gujranwala. Master city plan and digital images that it has announced make it look like Venice and things its promising now u don’t need to go to Dubai master is bringing everything at one place it will have desert safari and place for ice skating and other stuff for amusement official buildings have a European touch the look elegant on the paper obviously so far they are digitally made most anxiously awaited society at least for me. Master city is also one of the most costly societies of Gujranwala so if have a taste of risk and have money in your pocket it’s the place for either it will blow you or it will blow you. Master digitally looks a master peace. Master city among other amusement has promised rollercoaster, ice skating, desert safari and indoor sky diving. And talk of the town is it will have its own thermal plant for electricity production which means no load shedding. Location wise its pollution free and mostly surrounded with villages. I would rate it as most attractive society of Gujranwala. It would be not wrong to say it will be a competition of fancy looks of citi and bahria housing.
Master has made a good entry in the market with prices going up already, I wonder is it for real r just a hype created by dealers. But let’s see if it can cope in already comparative market of Gujranwala.
