Islamabad: Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has directed authorities to fast-track development work on Margalla Enclave, a joint sector being developed by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Defence Housing Authority (DHA).
During his visit to the site, Minister Naqvi assessed the ongoing construction and announced that 50% of the development work will be completed by August 14, with full completion expected by December 31. Plot owners will receive possession after the project is finished.

To improve accessibility, Naqvi ordered the construction of a new road leading to Margalla Enclave, ensuring that the travel time from the Prime Minister’s House to the enclave is reduced to just five minutes. He also instructed authorities to remove encroachments along the route for smoother access.
Emphasizing the project’s prime location and growing public interest, Naqvi highlighted that Margalla Enclave will feature a scenic lake and modern facilities. The project spans 10,000 kanals, offering residential plots in 5 marla, 10 marla, and 1 kanal sizes.

The last date to submit applications for plots is February 14. During the visit, CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa and DHA Project Director briefed the minister on the sector’s development progress and future plans.
With accelerated construction efforts and improved connectivity, Margalla Enclave is expected to become a sought-after residential community in the capital.
