Islamabad: The inflow of remittances under the Roshan Digital Account (RDA) surged to $7.660 billion by the end of March 2024, compared to $7.478 billion by the end of February, according to the latest data released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
The RDA accounts offer innovative banking solutions to millions of Non-Resident Pakistanis (NRPs), including Non-Resident Pakistan Origin Card (POC) holders, facilitating their banking, payment, and investment activities in Pakistan. As per details, the number of registered accounts under the program rose to 679,792 in March 2024, up by 668,701 from February 2024.

By the end of March, overseas Pakistanis had invested USD 312 million in Naya Pakistan Certificates, USD 528 million in Naya Pakistan Islamic Certificates, and USD 31 million in Roshan Equity Investment.
