Bahria Town Peshawar office inaugurated

Lahore: Bahria Town CEO Malik Riaz Hussain on Thursday inaugurated the society’s Sales & Marketing Office in Peshawar, according to the developer’s official Facebook page. The inauguration ceremony took place Bahria Town Peshawar’s location on GT Road.

Bahria Town has so far shared little information about the ceremony but they have shared details on Bahria Town’s location, which Zameen.com had already revealed in 2016. The information now officially shared confirms that their Peshawar project is located between Nowshera and Peshawar near Tarnab Agricultural Research Institute on Main GT Road.

Bahria Town announced to expand their residential projects to other cities including Peshawar soon after the launch of Bahria Town Karachi in 2013. The project’s launching faced several delays in the past but the developer continued to acquire land in Peshawar in the meanwhile.

On November 7, 2019, Malik Riaz made an announcement through his Twitter account about the launch of Bahria Town Peshawar in January 2020. This tweet sparked great public interest among people keenly watching real estate activities in Peshawar.

With Bahria Town Peshawar Sale and Marketing Office seeing an inauguration today, market experts believe that sale and purchase of property files in pre-launching phase might also begin soon. From the video footage shared via official Bahria Town Facebook page, the shiny new office seems all set and ready to begin the related operations.

Further, the video footage comprises aerial shots of what the developer claims is Bahria Town Peshawar’s project site. We are yet to confirm if the developer has commenced with the development work at the site.
