Lahore: In a Twitter post published on Thursday, Bahria Town Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Malik Riaz Hussain announced November 4 as the launch date of a new residential project in Karachi – stating it to be ‘a gift of Bahria Town from Karachi… another modern residential project’.

With no mentions of the scheme’s name or location, the statement implies that the upcoming project, in addition to creating employment opportunities for 150,000-200,000 people, would help to revive important industries; including steel, cement, sand, tiles, and gravel.

The property tycoon went on to state that the scheme’s affordability would come off as its ‘most prominent aspect’; adding that the initiative represented ‘another step towards realising Bahria Town’s vision aimed at strengthening Pakistan’s economy’.
