Gujranwala: The government of Punjab under the development vision of Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has launched 13 major road repair projects in Gujranwala, Narowal and Hafizabad districts – a news source reported on December 2. The project is going to cost a total of PKR 217 million.

According to details, as per the instructions of Commissioner Syed Gulzar Hussain Shah the authorities have invited tenders from interested contractors and firms.
The roads that will be renovated and repaired in Gujranwala include Link Wadala Cheema Road which runs for a length of about 1.21 kilometres and the project will cost approximately PKR 7.7 million.

Moreover, PKR 14 million will be allocated for repair of Langay Wali to Bhatti Mansoor Road on a 3-kilometre stretch of the road. Similar PKR 7 million have been allocated for repair of Natt Killan to Sabzi Mandi Ghakran Road for 1.2-kilometre stretch.
