Islamabad: In lieu of the constitutional amendment that merged erstwhile FATA with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the government has also amended the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) to include PKR 27 billion worth of 17 development programmes for the tribal districts, according to a news source.

The new and amended printed deed of the PSDP has been issued. The details of budget allocations for these development projects are as follows:
- PKR 263,800,000 for Chao Tangi Small Dam in Southern Waziristan.
- PKR 333,800,000 for construction of Nahakki Tunnel in Mohmand District
- PKR 400,000,000 for Ghalanai Mohmand Road development
- PKR 275,000,000 for Dobari-Ziara Road Development in Orakzai
- PKR 150,000,000 for FATA University
- PKR 59,000,000 for development of barracks of the Shawal Rifles in Razmak
- PKR 90,000,000 for security infrastructure development in Datta Khel, Gharlamai, Ghuryam in Northern Waziristan.

- PKR 600,000,000 for Khurram Tangi Dam development,
- PKR 275,000,000 for the establishment of Barani Agricultural Institute in North & South Waziristan, Tank and Lakki Marwat.
